Orders & Payment
All orders are prepaid unless we've arranged otherwise with you directly. Payment confirms your booking and acceptance of these terms.

Cancellations & Refunds
Contact us at least 24 hours before your selected pickup or delivery date to request a cancellation. Missed pickups, late arrivals, or failed contact attempts on delivery day are non-refundable — fresh doughnuts wait for no one.

Allergens & Dietary Information
Our bakery handles peanuts, tree nuts, soy, eggs, gluten and dairy. Cross-contact is possible. If you have severe allergies or specific dietary requirements, please reach out before ordering so we can chat through your options.

Delivery Addresses
Double-check your delivery address at checkout. Incorrect addresses supplied by customers are non-refundable, and redelivery may incur an additional fee.

Custom & Bespoke Orders
We craft every order with care, but appearance and texture can be affected by weather, transport and handling after pickup. Refunds for custom work are at our discretion and require the product to be returned unconsumed.

Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain failures, etc.), deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site and services means you accept any changes.
