Born in Nelson, raised on Kiwi classics and family warmth, Doughtelier is an artisan bakehouse where craft meets play. We chase that “just-like-you-remember” feeling—jammy centres, silky custards, crackly glazes—using premium ingredients and hands that care.

Every batch is mixed, proved and finished the old-fashioned way. Some get dusted, some get blow-torched, all get loved. We keep the menu moving—nostalgic staples beside limited drops—so there’s always a fresh excuse to visit.
